I am a professional licensed make up artist and esthetician. I have been in the cosmetic industry for 10 years and loving every minute. I am a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandise majoring in Cosmetic and Fragrance Merchandising. Upon graduating FIDM, I decided to make things official by receiving my Esthetician license.
I have worked with Smashbox Cosmetics, Elizabeth Arden, Prescriptives and various other lines of cosmetics. I have also done work with Sephora. My favorite company to have worked with was MAC Cosmetics. I have had extensive training as a MAC artist and continue to use their line of products.
At this same time, I received my Airbrush certification for application of face and body with Dinair Airbrush Institute of Hollywood. I was fortunate enough to be a part of several shows including Airbrush art. I continued to work with Dinair for a couple years.
Faces by Jackie was developed to offer all my knowledge and talent of the make up industry. I started on friends and family which eventually turned into many other wonderful people.
I have chosen to use only Airbrush foundation for all my applications. Having Airbrush as your foundation, you need no touch-ups. It is light weight and looks fabulous in pictures. I custom blend the color to exactly match your skin tone and I also control the coverage. If you have never been airbrushed before, I highly recommend you to try it yourself!
